Esther Gatuma is an empathetic inspirational christian career life coach and a champion for the inclusion of more women in the tech space. With more than twenty two years experience as a Christian in the complex computer engineering career path, she started in her role as a tech Point of Sale system PM and moving to large scale enterprise complex software requirements engineering and eventually concentrated in agility enablement as an influential agile transformation journey release train engineer.
Storytelling has always been the common thread in her career that she leverages to kick-off inspiring and exciting software engineering PI kick-off events. Each SDLC lifecycle implementation taught her more about the creation and cultivation of a unique software engineering stakeholder’s hero’s journey and how to use that story arc to build our own journeys and create cohesive teaming cultures in complex system environment.
